BEFORE YOU COMPLETE THE NEW MEMBER APPLICATION FORM, PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING:
- You have read and comply with the SAIDSA Bylaws applicable to the disciplines you are applying for. The Bylaws can be downloaded from the list below.
- The company and the relevant staff are PSIRA registered.
- All your technicians and all your sales staff have completed the SAIDSA online training for the disciplines relating to their function. (This does not apply to Affiliate Members)

SAIDSA New Member Application
Details of the specific requirement for each category, together with the general criteria for membership are contained in the Constitution and Bylaw A of the Association.
The Executive Committee of the Association will assign the initial category of membership applicable from the details supplied on this form. Applicants are required to familiarise themselves with the Constitution and Bylaws of the Association.
Please complete all sections of this application. Where the required information is not applicable indicate with “N/A”. Some questions may be asked for statistical purposes.
